Laser Ghost Sega1991 femaleprotagonist ghosts goblins lightgun ***One of the few light phaser games for the Master System. Your mission is to safe a little girl from a haunted mansion, shooting all the stuff that tries to hinder her on her way out. The enemies range from ghosts to furniture gone crazy. The game is pretty good. I liked the concept of taking care of the girl while she walks through the scrolling screens. The levels are varied and have good graphics. Negative I found that the action becomes a bit confusing sometimes, with too much going on to handle. labelimageminimize

[52]***In Captain Silver, you play the role of Jim, a brave young lad with a taste of adventure. You embark on a journey to find Captain Silver's secret treasure hoard, which is rumored to be hidden on an island in the Eastern Seas.

There are six scenes in the game. During his travels, Jim will explore villages, fight his way on board ships, venture through caves, and wander around tropical islands. In each of these six scenes, Jim must use his sword to kill cats, rats, bats, witches, skeletons, and other creatures that are waiting for him. When Jim touches, or is shot at, by a creature, he loses one of his lives, but when he kills a creature, he can collect some gold that they leave behind, which can be used to buy items from shops. However, rather than getting gold, enemies leave behind some gold containing one of the letters that spell the word "CAPTAIN SILVER". If Jim manages to get all of these letters, he will be awarded an extra life.

Jim may only use his sword to start off with, but once he collects a fairy that floats toward him in every scene, Jim will be able to shoot stars at enemies, making his kills more efficient. The maximum number of stars that he can have is six. There are other power-ups that Jim can collect in the game. These include the "clock" power-up, which gives Jim extra time; the "boot" power-up which allows Jim to jump higher; and the "coffee?" power-up, which enables Jim to shield himself from creatures until he is hit by one.

There is a boss in each scene, which he must defeat in order to proceed to the next round. There is also a certain time limit, which Jim must complete the scene before it expires. If he does not, then he will lose a life.***There are two version of this cart. The "two-mega" version was released in Canada and Europe and has all 6 levels and all the enemies mentioned in the manual. The "one-mega" version was released in the USA. It has only 4 levels and is missing many enemies. The USA game manual still describes the missing levels and enemies.

Solomon no Kagi: Oujo Rihita no Namida  Salio (Aisystem Tokyo)1988 europeanfae ghosts instantdeath keys lives magic monsters nofalldamage npcspawning score secrets timelimit walking "Solomon's Key" is a mix of puzzle and platform game. In each level you have to find a key which opens the exit door to the next level. With your magical wand you can make blocks appear and disappear. Thus you can free or build you way to the key or exit door. Many monsters roam the levels, which can be killed with limited charges of fireballs. Under many blocks extra items can be found, like extra charges, extra time and so on. The Master System version of this game is very well done. Maybe my favourite 8-bit version of the game, with brighter colors than other versions. It retains its good playability, although as in all other versions as well, the game becomes a bit too challenging too early. labelimageminimize

But there is a trap: how to get there? Your tips are only a very confusing map and a medallion. Can you decipher this puzzle?
Confront obstacles, discover the secrets along the way, and get ready for big adventures.
This is a challenge for the few and Alex Kidd is one of them!***In this platformer from the 1980s, you're Alex Kidd, looking for your lost brother Egle. In order to find your brother, you'll have to contend with the evil Janken the Great, who will send his henchmen and monsters at you to thwart your progress. One aspect of this adventure is that you'll have to play the classic game of "rock, paper, scissors" against the henchmen in order to defeat them. With 16 different levels to conquer in order to save Egle, this classic is sure to test your skills and your wits at the same time.***Great little platformer that I used to love when I was a bit younger. The best aspects are the bike, the grim reapers, and the excellent Rock, Scissors and Paper game. :)

Ghost House  Sega;Tec Toy (Sega)1986 chiroptera consoleclassix ghosts ladders monsters platformer score segacard vampires walking Officially description for Chapolim x Dracula - Um Duelo Assustador

My dear friend, I suspected all along that you're crazy vivar would buy a new adventure. So here goes: the population of vampires in Transylvania has increased greatly and no further human blood for them.

To resolve this problem population appears nothing more, nothing less than Chapolim, the superhero of the funniest TV. Our beautiful, fast and smart hero will have to eliminate vampires in various castles assonbrados ill.

Bats, mummies, monsters and ghosts will try to take advantage of their nobility but Chapolim count with his hammer, secret passages and coldly calculated moves to eliminate them and fulfill their mission.

"Follow me, the good guys in this absurdly adventure and certainly very careful because the enemies are counting on their cunning!***Vampires' population in Transilvania has increased a lot lately, and there's not enough human blood to feed them all. To solve this demographic problem comes Chapolim!

Chapolim X Drácula: Um Duelo Assustador (which translates Chapolim vs. Dracula: A Frightening Duel) is an authorized "hack" of Ghost House, with Ghost House's hero, Mick, replaced by Chapolim (or El Chapulín Colorado in original Spanish), a famous Mexican character from a TV series. Chapolim is a parody to superheroes in general. He dresses a red grasshopper costume with a yellow heart in the chest with the leters "CH". He also usually carries his Marreta Biônica (Chipote Chillón in the original, Squeaky Mallet in English) a red (toy) hammer.

At each stage, Chapolim must defeat five vampires that are in torpor within their coffins. The coffins are locked, so he must first find the keys to unlock them. He'll find the keys killing the most diverse enemies that haunt the mansion he's in, such as ghosts, bats, fire blowers, mummies, etc. Once he's got a key, he must unlock a coffin and then defeat the vampire who sleeps there.

In order to kill his enemies, Chapolim can jump over them or punch them. Every once in a while, his Marreta Biônica will come flying from one side of the screen to another, and if he jumps over it, he'll catch it. Chapolim can also punch the lights of the mansion: they'll flash and paralyze his enemies.

Chapolim starts with 3 lives and no continues. He'll be healed by collecting treasures through the castle, and will gain additional lives at every 50,000 and 150,000 points.

All the text in the game is in Portuguese.***Officially description for Ghost House
